The cable chain features added fillets for smoother printing. The original design had hard corners that caused misalignment during high-speed printing due to backlash. With rounded edges, oversized corners should be reduced as the printer can smoothly accelerate around bends. The chain is 1/2" wide per link and has a folding diameter of about 1 7/8". Print multiple links at a 90-degree angle from the previous one for accuracy. I printed mine at .25mm layer height, with 2 walls and .25 fill. Both STL and Solidworks files are included for customization.
