Tochi's favorite pastime is gazing up at the starry night sky. One evening, he receives an intriguing letter from someone claiming to reside at the very top of a majestic 100-story mansion. The mysterious sender invites Tochi to pay a visit, and includes a hand-drawn map as proof of their sincerity. Intrigued by the prospect of exploring this enormous structure, Tochi sets off through the dense woods, following the winding path indicated on the map. As he rounds a bend in the trail, the towering 100-story house comes into view.
