This is a slightly modified version of the referenced 'Angle Toshiba Portege R700.' That's a good design, but it's very precise - only the best 3D printers can achieve that level of detail for it to mate properly. This modification doesn't mate perfectly - it makes "good enough" so you can secure it in place using just a couple of brush-strokes of dichloromethane solvent cement or a careful stroke of a hot soldering iron. It's also a little more robust - I increased the wall thickness. As well as the Portege R700, the original was designed for, I've fitted one to a Satellite R830: They use identical hinge covers. I wouldn't be surprised if some other Toshibas do as well. This is a left hinge. For right, mirror it - and sorry, but it does obstruct the Kensington lock. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Notes: Dead simple print - minimal overhangs, tiny. But you MUST use ABS, or you won't be able to attach it. I found solvent cement didn't work very well on an R830, must be something about the plastic, but I got good results by carefully stroking and stirring the join with the tip of a soldering iron to melt the plastic together. It's not the most pleasing repair visually, but it's better than a bare hinge and it does keep the cables safe.
