Torture Room - Chained Wall (for 28mm RPG gaming)

There was a snag with the "Flat" wall file, so I ran some tests and replaced it. 4/7/17 Over on the DMs Craft, Sam 'the beachcomber' chimed in: Scatter terrain for a torture room is a great idea - add some bench or table with tongs, clamps, knives; a rack like in Hero Quest; an iron maiden; a wall section with chains and cuffs; or a pillar with chains and cuffs. So I decided to jazz up Devon Jones' cool OpenForge walls.
