Well, over on The DMs Craft, Sam 'the beachcomber' said: Create a torture chamber with scattered terrain features, including a bench or table equipped with tongs, clamps, and knives; a rack inspired by Hero Quest; an iron maiden; a wall section adorned with chains and cuffs; or a pillar wrapped in chains and cuffs. Here's a pillar with chains. I attempted to add a top element, but it clashed with the overall aesthetic, making the chains harder to discern. I also experimented with a pillar featuring a few bones at its base, purely for added visual interest.
