I'm giving away most of my torture equipment for RPG gaming to the community. Included are stocks, a guillotine, a torture chair, a rack, an iron maiden, and flat and standing coffins. Not for sale or commercial use. Notes: Netfabb and Meshmixer complain about spikes on the iron maiden, but they print fine in Cura. These have built-in supports where needed, so you shouldn't need additional ones, like the rack, chair, and bottom of the iron maiden doors.
