ENGLISH: I was looking for a tortilla press for our Mexican guest, but everything that is available here didn't appeal to me either in terms of design or construction. So I constructed one myself and used templates (photos) from the Internet to design my basic construction. The press consists of 3 (or 4) parts: bottom_plate: Base plate to hold the top plate and the arm top_plate: top plate Poor: Lever to push the top plate onto the bottom plate There is also a variant in which the small stamp can be connected separately to the arm using an M3 screw. The plate has a usable area of ​​165 mm, a size that most parts on the Internet had and that just fit on my printer. The parts can be connected with screws or bolts, the holes are 5 mm (4.9 mm in the bottom plate) Printed with PLA, 25% infill and 3 wall lines. I post photos when all parts are ready. The printing time for me is around 20 hours DEUTSCH: Ich war für unseren mexikanischen Gast auf der Suche nach einer Tortilla-Presse, alles, was hier vorhanden ist, hat mir aber weder vom Design noch von der Konstruktion her zugesagt. Also habe ich selber eine konstruiert und dabei Vorlagen (Fotos) aus dem Internet genutzt, um meine Grundkonstruktion zu gestalten. Die Presse besteht aus 3 (oder 4) Teilen: bottom_plate: Grundplatte zur Aufnahme der Top-Plate und des Arms top_plate: obere Platte Arm: Hebel, um die Top-Plate auf die untere Platte zu drücken Daneben gibt es noch jeweils eine Variante, bei der der kleine Stempel separat mit dem Arm über eine Schraube M3 verbunden werden kann. Die Platte hat eine nutzbare Fläche von 165 mm, eine Größe, die die meisten Teile im Internet auch hatten und das passte so eben auf meinen Drucker. Die Verbindung der Teile kann mit Schrauben oder Bolzen erfolgen, die Bohrungen sind 5 mm (in der Bottom-Plate 4,9 mm) Gedruckt mit PLA, 25% Infill und 3 Wandlinien. Fotos stelle ich ein, wenn alle Teile fertig sind. Die Druckzeit beträgt bei mir rd. 20h Anmerkung: für "mein" Exemplar habe ich auf dem top plate noch unsere Namen verewigt, bei Bedarf kann die Fusion360 Datei zur Verfügung gestellt werden
