The fragment of ivory is now part of the Museum of Friends of Montemor-o-Novo, incorporated into the collection gifted by Brother Grilo. Unfortunately, only the torso remains from the complete piece, and its origin remains a mystery. It's likely that this sculpture represents Archangel Michael, who would hold a sword in his right hand and balance a scale in his left hand, just as depicted in Guido Reni's painting below.\nData: Gonçalo Lopes
