Torso of Dionysos, from ancient Greek copywork, circa 400 B.C., possibly Italy. A 3D scan of this youthful figure was taken at Brussels' Musee du Cinquantenaire using Memento Beta software, now known as Remake, developed by Autodesk. This young man sports a distinctive lock of hair typically worn by the gods Apollo and Dionysos. This sculpture portrays a resting Dionysos in the "Bale-Woburn" style, which may have been crafted by either Praxitele or Leochares.
