Mexico City boasts its first skyscraper, the Torre Latinoamericana! MiniWorld 3D honors Mexico City with this free model. Standing at 188 meters or 597 feet tall, the 44-story building was completed in 1956 and successfully became the first skyscraper to be built on a highly seismic location. The building's name comes from Seguros Latinoamericana insurance company, which is headquartered within its walls. Architect Augusto H. Álvarez designed this iconic structure. As a symbol of Mexico City, it has become a modernist landmark and a historical treasure. Have you ever experienced the breathtaking view of the city from its lookout? MiniWorld 3D showcases the world's landmarks through their 3D printable models. Each model is carefully crafted by hand and brain, so don't forget to give credit! It's all about spreading culture and sharing our passion for iconic structures like the Torre Latinoamericana. Some amazing photos of this architectural wonder come courtesy of @slimprintnl & @hill.designs.
