Extracted from archaeological excavations at the Castle of Montemor-o-Novo, this piece is a rock tower - an essential element in the spinning process that serves as support for the yarn made of cotton, wool or other textile material intended to be transformed into thread. This piece features decorations with circular elements and was produced from bone. This piece is currently on display at the Castle of Montemor-o-Novo Interpretive Center.
