The native file type is .skp, and the 3dsmax scene uses 3ds Max 2016 with Vray 3.00 rendering software. The Caney Tower is a 39-level residential building. The first four levels are for lobby space and services. From level five to level 38, the apartments will be situated, along with a rooftop helipad and a swimming pool. When completed, it will stand as the highest building in Dominican Republic until another project reaches completion. Currently under construction, The Caney Tower is being built by Rodríguez Sandoval Company. This company is also responsible for the Malecon Center and Pedro Henriquez Ureña tower, which opened its doors to residents in 2008. Now, they're engaged in the final touches of the building, specifically painting, a noticeable element standing tall in Santo Domingo's skyline. When fully constructed, The Caney Tower is projected to rise approximately 150 meters above ground level. This massive development is situated along Anacaona avenue and has been hailed as one major draw to the area. Due to recent surge in high-end residential construction within the area, Santo Domingo's skyline has undergone drastic transformation. In total, this project boasts 35 spacious apartments, each located on a different floor, with prices ranging from six million to a whopping 6.6 million. At present time, it's worth noting that every apartment unit available has already been purchased. Among the new homeowners, 28 are Dominican citizens while foreigners occupy the remaining units. This edifice is nearing its completion, bringing fresh promise and elegance into Santo Domingo's ever-evolving cityscape.
