If printed in PETG at 100% infill it should be able to torque between 0 - 3 Nm. PLA doesn't bend as well and gets brittle over time, so I don't think it's suitable. When printed, break off the tiny split on the bottom that connects the tip of the handle with the scale. It's there to prevent the scale from warping during print. Print with no supports. Fusion 360 source included.
