Torque measuring lever with bearing pivot

Human: Remix of A_R_B's torque measuring arm, which features a pivot that can be attached to a board and utilizes a 6903 30x17x7 cartridge bearing for precise movement. Designed to work seamlessly with a Park Tools DS-2 digital scale, the plan measures exactly 26mm high. To assemble this project, attach the pivot to a sturdy board and place the scale to the right of the pivot, positioning the pointer in the center of the tray. Next, insert a 13mm socket onto the hex can and turn it clockwise to read the breakaway force accurately. In addition to A_R_B's original design, I have adjusted the length of the arm to improve its precision. While A_R_B's version is 200mm long, based on the conversion rate of 1kgf = 10N, my revised design measures 204.1mm in length, calculated using the more accurate conversion rate of 1kgf = 9.8 N. Although this level of accuracy may not be necessary for everyday use, I have included it as a testament to the precision engineering that has gone into this project. The entire design is tailored to fit the 6903 bearing, which provides a smooth and reliable pivot point. If you have a different bearing on hand, simply download the Fusion 360 files included in this package and modify them to suit your needs.
