For a brand new and highly improved version on my own website, go to https://www.designuitinspiratie.nl/torpedo-lamp/ Torpedo Lamp /vase This lampshade, which can also be used as a vase, gets its inspiration from a rich red glass of wine. But later I saw more of a torpedo shape in it :-) It's printed in the "vase spiral mode" of transparent red PET-G at 0.2mm resolution using a nozzle size of 0.4mm and a temperature of 220 degree Celsius. For my Anet A6 printer, it was necessary to reduce the flow-rate to 80% when printing with this PET-G. However, this flow-rate setting may vary on other printers. On other printers, experimenting with vase spiral mode shows that it even works at 49% Flow-rate with PET-G. Also, printing slow with PET-G gives much better results, meaning a speed of 25mm/sec or slower is recommended :-) PS: I might have re-scaled the object in the slicer programs.
