Toro lawnmower wheel cover Personal Pace

This replacement wheel cover is designed for a Toro personal pace push mower. The original one broke down, causing grass to clog up and damage the drive gear, so having this part intact is crucial. I produced this replica using abs plastic like the authentic version, but it's 1mm thicker. Despite its thickness, it fits perfectly. To make printing easier, I divided this wheel cover into two separate pieces. By doing so, I was able to minimize support material usage during the printing process. The separate piece helps keep the wheel cover stable and prevents it from moving around. For bonding the separate piece onto the main cover, I used hh-66 vinyl cement. Any solvent-based adhesive would work well too, or you could opt for acetone or even a mixture of acetone with abs plastic slurry for a strong bond.
