Toro 300 series sprinkler arc radius control

A friend asked me to model this part that he cannot find for 300 series Toro lawn sprinklers. It is an insert that controls the arc of the streams. I have never seen it in action and just worked off a spare part he lent me. Specifically, he wanted a 60 degree version. The smallest he could find (a long time ago) was for 90 degrees. If you know what this part is called, please tell me! I expect the model may still need some refinement as we have not tested it yet.
