To keep my Shop Vac hose organized, I designed a holder to attach to the back of my Tormach 1100 computer/monitor stand. This way, the hose remains tidy and doesn't lie on the ground. The design fits any standard Monitor VESA 100 mount plates. Since my mount plate was thick enough, I simply tapped it with a 1/4-20 thread and secured the hose keeper directly to it. If your VESA plate is too thin, consider adding a nut to the other end for added support.
