Tormach Slant Pro 15L Lathe Door Rail End Gutters
prusaprinters

I noticed the 1" extrusion for the door on the lathe enclosure was just slightly longer than the lower gutter they include with the enclosure so I whipped these little gutters up to help keep coolant in the lathe and off the floor. Install them in place of the standard end caps using the factory push fastener or you can tap the rail with a 1/4-20 tap and use short stainless bolts like i did.

The one with the larger 45º angle is labeled "RH" and goes on the right end of the rail as you're looking at the machine. The LH one has a smaller angle to clear the higher lower drip tray end.

Print Settings

Printer:

Folger Tech Prusa i3 2020

Rafts:

Doesn't Matter

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2mm

Infill:

25%

Notes:

Printed with Gizmodorks black PLA, 190C/50C on blue tape.
