Tormach Lathe Coolant drip guide for spindle

A Drip Guide to Enhance Michael Henry's Tormach Lathe Spindle Coolant Shield. There are 2 files available. The first file is designed with NO accessible holes for the magnets, which makes it ideal for hiding them from view. I wanted to conceal the magnets, so I paused my print at about Z 12mm and pressed the 3/8 x 3/8 cylinder magnets into the cavity. If the cavity is too loose, you may want to apply a dab of krazy glue as the print head is magnetic and will pull the magnet up when passing over. Then, I continued to completely cover the magnets as the printer prints over them. TIP: Apply a little glue when pressing down the magnet for better adhesion. I used these specific magnets (part number D66-N52 from K&J Magnets) which can be found at https://www.kjmagnetics.com/search-pn.asp?pg=1&stext=D66-N52. The second file doesn't cover the holes for the magnets, making it suitable for printers without a pause/resume function. I printed using Amazon brand PETG (my current favorite printer filament) and more pictures are to follow.
