We drew inspiration from Japan's iconic Torii symbol, which instantly conveys the country's rich cultural heritage. We reimagined this timeless emblem as a lamp, replicating the sensation of walking through a threshold. By crafting a compact central space within our design, we aimed to evoke the feeling of passing under a gate. The interplay between symmetry, shadows, and geometry is what brings our lamp to life.
