Toranado Extruder Fan Upgrades

Huge Print Quality Improvement for your Toranado V2.0 extruder!!! .. with permission from inventor designer, I am posting these component remixes. The blower bed fan greatly improves print quality. The 40mm fan mount allows use of more readily available 40mm fans with higher power.. while the included fan cover significantly raised fan pressure and flow through the E3D heatsink (almost eliminates fan blow back). NOTE: you must rotate your E3D heater block 90 degrees, AND reroute the wiring through the side hole in the 40mm fan mount and back thru between the E3D heat sink fins. All takes a bit or reworking of your extruder.. but the print quality improvement is dramatic. There is a blower fan mount bracket for the standard E3D hot end, and another mount bracket for the E3D Volcano hot end. I have thoroughly tested and used both.. works great!! Also, I suggest using PETG for any extruder parts near the NEMA14 motor, which runs very hot. This is the Toranado fan setup I have been running on my commercial production printers for several years now. Excuse the "hacked" modeling job, it was a quick trial effort that I never refined to be pretty .. it is fully functional and a wonderful improvement as is. ENJOY.
