This top water frog fishing lure is made from silicone caulk, ensuring smooth leg movement when dragged through water. To create it, slic3r generates g-code from the provided STL file, which works with a CNC Sieg X3 printer and a homemade plunger extruder on a fourth axis stepper motor. For optimal results, print with 100% fill and let it cure for 24 hours before cutting a slot to remove excess uncured silicone; fractional fills also work in some cases.
