I created this item specifically for an Ikea laundry basket. It caps the rods that hold the basket in place, preventing them from poking through the material. Even with plastic covers on the rods, they still poke through, so I designed a wide top to encase the fabric snugly. This versatile piece can also serve as a base for any 5mm rod, offering support for various types of rods.
