Topology Optimized Anet A8 Rear Frame Brace
thingiverse
This is a topology optimized rear frame brace for the Anet A8. It supports the Y motor when you tighten the Y belt. I recommend positioning the print exactly as shown in the photos to minimize the risk of breakage due to layer direction and achieve faster printing times. A 14-sized wrench should fit snugly into place for the M8 nut, holding it firmly while tightening from the opposite side. This part was printed using a 0.2mm layer height, 35mm/s print speed, 1-1.2mm wall thickness, and 40-50% infill, which is achieved through Cura's octet setting. An 8mm Brim and Supports are required for successful printing.
