Topeak SuperSteel Tire Lever plastic hook
thingiverse
Many people claim that the plastic hook snaps in two upon initial use. I'm one of them, and it's clear that the packaging instructions misled me into rotating the pieces too vigorously, causing the plastic hook to break. Fortunately, a replacement is on hand. It seems unnecessary to add supports for this part. To achieve optimal results, print with the peak facing upwards, as this will provide sufficient strength. I used FormFutura ApolloX ASA material and printed at 0.1mm layer height, using a very slow speed of 30mm/s and 100% fan due to the small size of the part. The print settings included six shells and 90% infill on a 0.4mm nozzle. The Fusion 360 model can be accessed here: https://a360.co/3fIOEwv
