Topeak Omni Quicktrack Adapter - 140mm rack width clamp

I purchased a Topeak Quicktrack bike rack adapter plate to use their MTX type bags before realizing that the 90 to 120mm rack width it was designed for was too small for my bike's 140mm rack width. After not finding much for options online other than zip-tie jerry-rigging, I designed this component to adapt it to fit my rack. The assembly uses all the original Topeak hardware and parts with the exception of the small sliding clamps that are replaced by the printed parts. The files include the main clamping beam that assembles in place of the clamps, and a rectangular TPU pad to be press fit into the pockets on the ends of the beam. You could also find a thick silicone or simlar pad and make your own soft grip ends if you can't print TPU. The design is thickened at the center to provide resistance to bending.
