Topeak Bike Rack Tail Light Mount Adaptor

I wanted an adaptor plate to attach my tail light to the license-plate-area of my Topeak bike rack. This design of tail light seems very typical, so I'm hoping this information will assist someone else as well. Update After using this for a couple of days on the trail, my light came loose once after hitting a rough bump. I've temporarily fixed this by using a hack -- wrapping a rubber band or hair elastic around it to keep it secure. When I get some more time available, I'll be adding a mechanism to help hold it clamped or locked in place. The open scad file even contains most of the code necessary to build in a clip, but some modifications, iteration, and trial-and-error will be required.
