Topaz Crystal Models

A 3D Model of Real Topaz Crystals The illustration shows a model based on an actual Topaz crystal, measured and accurately rendered by renowned expert AEH Tutton as featured in his definitive textbook, "Crystallography and Practical Crystal Measurement", first published in London by Macmillan and Co. Ltd back in 1922 on page 231. A separate illustration displays the idealized structure of a Topaz crystal optimized to showcase all typical surfaces encountered on these minerals. Instructions Users are advised that certain interfacial angles associated with the authentic model can be compared against the corresponding data presented by Tutton using a carpenter's square, typically referred to as a protractor in the trade.
