I installed an LED strip that mounts to the front side of the T-slots and goes all the way to the left side, so I couldn't use the original design that mounts with the front and back for support. So I moved the front T-slot extrusion to the top and added a hole for the screw in the top to secure it. I ended up splitting the face of the mounting part from the arm so that I could print vertically and then super glued them together. If you are confident enough in your printer, you might be able to print the whole thing with supports.
