To minimize weight, improve printability and incorporate futuristic design, I focused on the takeoff load case in my quadcopter frame design. Takeoff is crucial as it's when payload starts hanging from the frame, causing significant stress. Motors thrust upwards, electronics weigh downward, while payload is considered fixed for Generate software requirements. To ease ESC module attachment, small plates are placed in frame arms.
