This modification shrinks the Top plate down from the original design in the "Joystick Chair mounts" created by William_Shea_brown. By eliminating the plate altogether, it becomes quite compact now, allowing users to replace it with either an aluminum or wooden plate of their choice. To complete this setup, you'll need to drill your own holes for secure placement.
