Top Mount Optical Filament Runout Sensor

This is a remake of the fantastic runout sensor designed by Bwaslo, with one key modification: I decided to relocate it to the top of my printer's bar instead of hanging it down, which saved valuable build height in the process. To achieve this, I simply cut and pasted the mount from its original location at the bottom to the new spot at the top of the unit.
