I've added a recess to secure the top of the lead screw, allowing 8 x 16 x 5 mm bearings to steady it and prevent rattling in the top mounts during infill operations. This has resulted in significantly reduced noise levels. The recess is designed to be deep enough to hold the bearing firmly in place without risk of dislodgment.
