This top filament guide is designed to work with a separate pulley, which reduces friction on the filament as much as possible. The inner hole diameter of this pulley should be at least 4mm for optimal performance. The specific pulley shown in the picture has dimensions of 4 * 15 * 6mm (inner hole diameter * outer diameter * width). For example, check out the set available on Amazon.
