The Raise N2 truly shines when it comes to its ultra-quiet operation, thanks to its cleverly designed doors and cover that seal out all noise. However, accessing the printer requires a bit of effort, as removing the massive top cover can be a real challenge, especially finding a spot to stash it afterwards. To simplify this process, I created these ingenious hinged propper-uppers. First, cut two 3/8-inch hardwood dowels to your desired length - they fit snugly into the hinges with a friction fit and provide perfect support. The hinges themselves print in one piece, with a precise 1mm gap between the two halves. To secure them to the printer, simply attach them using double-sided foam tape for a rock-solid hold.
