Top Coat trowel tool for Epoxy River Table

This is a notched trowel for the final hard coat of an epoxy table. Made with 1/8" x 1/8" grooves for a smooth and level finish coat. I couldn't find one out in town made of a softer material (don't want a metal one that might leave shavings behind), so I took the opportunity to teach my oldest son how to do a little 3d design. Mind Blown!I turned off ironing because I needed it right away, but it might be a good option if you have the time. Smoother surface without gaps in the layer will prevent it from soaking up resin.I mean, technically you could use this for grout and cement as well :) I won't tell anyone you did.
