Add a Bow to prevent buffeting at freeway speed. Made two clips that attach to the windshield tie rods above door. Using 1"x 1/8" aluminum 4' stock trimmed to provide tension. I also added a strip of stiff foam on top of bow. I printed the clips on there side using PET with lot of shell and high infill for strength using supports. The bow can be unclipped when needed. note: I printed the first few test pieces in clear PLA as pictured to check fitment.
