This remarkable example was produced using ABS. The tooth itself was designed by the talented individual known as rocketboy, whose original work can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:293654. I simply drilled four holes into it and flattened the back to facilitate its secure attachment to a mirror or tile.
