Print everything, then assemble #2 heel handle & top heel with a toggle bolt screwed from the bottom. Use thermo-forming to shape the vertical "knife blades" on the heel by dipping it in hot water for 5-10 seconds and pressing it into a curved shape using a small mug. Glue the heel assembly to the back of the #1 shoes body, then attach #3 Front sole&teeth to #4 Front Base. Finally, glue the front assembly onto the shoe body, securing the tabs of #5 Front strap Mouth into the front slots on the shoes body. Thread approximately 60cm long ribbon through the gap in the front platform and tie a knot at each end for a secure fit. Add ankle pieces and ribbon by threading them through Ankle strap holes, then tying a bow behind your ankle. ADDED NOTE (October 31, 2016): The uploaded files are designed for a right foot.
