TPU Toothpick mount plate designed for TBS Nano Pro 32 VTX and Frsky R-XSR receiver, measuring 26mm x 26mm. This custom mount has not been thoroughly tested to ensure the TPU can withstand heat from the TBS Nano VTX. Initial attempts using PLA were unsuccessful as it softened and deformed due to excessive heat. A crucial note is that RX antenna wires should be kept away from VTX antenna to prevent video noise issues. This was a common problem encountered during transmitter activation, resolved by relocating RX antenna wires to the arms of the mount. After several pack flights, it appears the TPU mount has proven durable and reliable. A lighter version of this mount has been developed, weighing approximately 1.0g, added on May 6th, 2019.
