I was searching for a toothpick that fit perfectly into my Swiss Army knife when I stumbled upon SteveCaplin's design. Luckily, his creation fit almost exactly as needed but had some small adjustments required to make it ideal. Thanks go out to SteveCaplin for making an already amazing tool even better! Print settings include: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa i3 No Raft or Support were added. The printer nozzle was set at 0.15mm and used white PLA, resulting in a remarkably smooth finish. Design Overview Initially, I designed the toothpick to reach 48.5mm overall. Additionally, the height of the head was increased by one mm from its initial size. I adjusted the width to fit comfortably into the side pocket of the knife, where it belongs perfectly now! To complete the process, the protrusion at the bottom part had to be repositioned downward.
