Update 4; Added step file Update 3: New f360 file for new version uploaded. Update 2: Uploaded better-reloading new version. Update: Prints on side with text facing up, needs no supports. A simple toothpick launcher designed in Fusion 360. It launches toothpicks. I saw one of the King of Random's old videos and made a matchstick gun out of a cloth pin. I tried to make some but my woodworking skills were subpar, so I decided to design a 3D-printed version. The result was a print that takes less than 50 minutes and requires no post-processing. Just slide a spring from a cloth pin into the notch and pull it back into place, and it's ready to fire. Press the spring to launch the toothpick. The toothpicks I used were 2 mm in diameter. Smaller ones should work, but I'm not sure. I've included the .f360 files if you want to modify them. Warning: This toy is extremely powerful! It can punch holes in light cardboard. Wear safety glasses when firing and don't point it at other people. I'm not responsible for any damaged humans or objects.
