Update4; Added step file
Update3: new f360 file for new version.
Update2: Uploaded new version. Better reloading.
Update: Print on side with text facing up. Needs no supports

A simple toothpick launcher designed in fusion 360

It launches toothpicks.
I say one of the king of random's old videos and saw a matchstick gun made out of a cloth-pin. I tried to make some but the results were inconsistent because of my crappy wood working skills so i decided to design 3d print my own. The result was a print that prints in less than 50 minutes and required no post-processing. Just slide a spring from a cloth-pin in and pull the pin pack into the notch and its ready. Just press the spring to shoot. The toothpicks i used were 2 mm in diameter It should work with smaller ones but i'm not sure. I have included the .f360 files if anybody wanted to modify it.

Warning: This toy is very powerful! it can punch holes in light cardboard! Wear safety glassed when firing and do not point at other people! I am not responsible for any damaged humans and/or other objects.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Monoprice

Printer:

Mini Delta

Rafts:

Doesn't Matter

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2

Infill:

20

Filament:
[

](http://www.amazon.com/s?url=search-alias&field-keywords=Inland+PLA&tag=thingiverse09-20)[ Inland](https://www.amazon.com/Inland-1-75mm-PLA-Printer-Filament/dp/B081S5YNYY?dchild=1&keywords=inland+filament&qid=1618263060&sr=8-3&linkCode=ll1&tag=thingiverse09-20&linkId=b15f7f4b138980e111aa6ba74ac3eeb7&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl) PLA Silver + Post-Printing

Take it off the bed and slide a cloth-pin in as shown in the pictures

Category: Mechanical Toys
