Increasing path overlap around the holes can enhance functionality. Initially designed for nylon, the model was printed in PLA due to adhesion issues on the bed. In PLA, snap features may be stiffer and require filing down to ease snapping. Ensure smooth inner walls during printing for seamless toothpick dispensing. The triangular design facilitates picking toothpicks at a 45-degree angle while promoting strength with 100% infill; however, you might reduce infill percentage while maintaining snap feature strength.
