Toothpick for swiss army knife

After undergoing a jaw operation, I found myself developing an intense dependence on my trusty Swiss Army knife and particularly its toothpick feature. With the fear that I would one day have to replace it looming ahead, potentially forcing me to endure a full day without its luxury, I decided to take proactive measures by printing a replacement immediately. However, discovering that a Swiss Army knife toothpick is more than just a simple toothpick proved to be a challenge. None of the ones I found fit my knife perfectly, prompting me to remix the best one from my collection of tested options. I made four significant modifications to this remixed design: Firstly, I increased its thickness from 1mm to 1.5mm to enhance its stiffness. Secondly, I shortened the toothpick's head by 0.6mm to ensure that its top aligns perfectly with the knife's top edge. Thirdly, I repositioned the lock mechanism on the side, though I'm unsure if this makes a notable difference; at least it now matches the original's positioning. Lastly, I flattened the other lock mechanism on the flat side of the toothpick solely for aesthetic purposes to mimic the appearance of the original. The image accompanying my post features my printed toothpick (black) alongside its original counterpart (white). Print Settings: Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 100% Notes: I used high-resolution printing to achieve a smooth finish, and the print completed in just 2.5 minutes. After completion, I quickly sanded the "business end" to ensure it was perfectly smooth.
