Toothpick Dispenser. **(UPDATE 19/SEP/2018)** This functional design dispenses toothpicks when you push the button. Use 2mm round toothpicks, as flat ones won't work. I must say this print is challenging and requires an accurate printer. To get it right: * For piece "g," set the layer fan at 100%. I've also enabled Allow single extrusion fill in Simplify3D. * Pieces "a1" and "a2" need to be glued together. Let them dry in a well-ventilated area before assembling, using only a small drop of glue. **Printers with Two Nozzles Can Try:** For printers with two nozzles, you can try printing "A1_A2" with soluble supports. I've not tried this option, though. **Updated Instructions:** I've added new pieces, "a1_MOD" and "a2_MOD." These don't need glue. Instead, use M3x10mm screws, following the instructions for the screw version. _My Print Settings:_ * Rafts: No * Resolution: .02 * Supports: No, except for piece "h," which needs a small support like in the image. Piece "b" also requires support in the hole. * Infill: Doesn't matter – I printed it without infill. * Shells: 3 * Horizontal size compensation: -0.05mm _EDIT1: Added "A1_A2" for Printers with Soluble Supports._ _EDIT2: Included "a1_MOD" and "a2_MOD" for the Screw Version._
