Toothpick Cut Jig
thingiverse
I had to shorten a set of toothpicks to build a mini geodesic dome, just like @obijuan's design on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:26860). I didn't have any way to hold the toothpicks in place, so I came up with a jig for cutting toothpicks and it turned out really well. New slider modules can be created to cut at specific angles, for example. The FreeCAD source file is included, so you can modify it however you want. The sliding tool has an M5 hole and thread, allowing you to lock the slider in place. On the other side, there's a mark so you can check the length against your base ruler.
