A Toothpick drone frame that is surprisingly robust for a print and that prints as one in about 90mins with the attached code. AUW c90g is possible. Props to KababFPV for making this class mainstream! The build shown: BetaFPV 1204 5000kv BetaFPV 20A AIO Toothless Nano Eachine Nano VTx EP2 Rx GNB 2S 450mAh Gemfan 3x1.6x3 props AUW is 94g Flight times are similar to a 5" as are its flight characteristics but with more drag and less momentum. In the end I beefed up the canopy to a more hefty TPU one as I regularly fly this on 3S 550mAh R-Lines. AUW now 109g. The frame design still seems to cope and it rips way beyond my skill level. Its not indestructible but the only breakages I've had (and there have been a few) have been in fairly fast dead stops against walls, concrete and tree trunks. I've never damaged or burned a motor. I carry a spare frame but can't remember the last time I needed one. Code is attached, this is what works for me: Carbon reinforced Polycarbonate 0.4mm nozzle 0.8mm walls and bottom 1mm top Skirt, no brim or raft (adhesion tabs are inculded) Retraction as required 260deg print 265deg initial layer 110deg bed (my bed is brushed aluminium) 110deg bed initial layer Initial fan 0% Fan 20% (I have lots of fans) Speed: faster seems better Canopy holes self tap M2 screws. Motor holes will need drilling (I filled them in at the bottom for a better first layer).
