Toothpaste squeezer

Toothpaste squeezer

thingiverse

Yet another toothpaste squeezer is designed with a strong locking mechanism, but it needs a spring to function properly. I've included two versions - short and long - of this design, ensuring that the longer version fits all types of toothpastes, while the shorter version accommodates the most common ones. Printer Settings: The recommended printer for this project is the DMS DP5 model. Rafts: This squeezer can be printed with or without rafts; it doesn't matter which method you choose. Supports: Similarly, supports are not necessary for this design; feel free to print it without them if you prefer. Resolution: A resolution of 3mm is recommended for optimal results. Infill: To ensure a solid and durable squeezer, an infill percentage of 90-100% is suggested. Post-Printing Instructions: After printing the toothpaste squeezer, locate a spring that fits snugly into the key. This will enable the nut to lock securely into place. To complete the assembly, apply glue to secure the nut to the key, ensuring a tight and reliable seal.
